How do I make a purchase online?
When you've found the item you would like to purchase, click "add to cart" and proceed to the checkout page (the one that appears after you enter your information), and pick Payflex as your payment method. If you are a Payflex first-time user, we will need to conduct an assessment.
All we'll need are a few personal details such as your name, email address, and ID number, and our lightning-fast, fantastic program will evaluate your application.

How do returns work?
If you want to return any items in your order, just follow the standard Mitzuma returns process. If the return is approved, Mitzuma will issue the refund against your Payflex account.
Our credit card provider acts as a middleman between Mitzuma and your bank to process online transactions. The ultimate authorization for a transaction comes from your bank. So if your card transaction has failed, the most probable cause is a bank decline.
Some common reasons include, insufficient funds, incorrect card details, exceeding daily limits, etc. Some banks automatically disable debit cards for online payments, so you may need to contact your bank to enquire further.

Our delivery service is door-to-door. This means that the order is delivered to the address, not the person; if the person is not available, the order can be left with anyone at the address, e.g. security, staff, reception, etc. Please be sure that someone you trust is available at the address you select.

If you want to return an unwanted product, this will be subject to a collection fee determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion (“Collection Fee”). Our Collection Fee is subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. The Collection Fee will be set off and deducted by us from your refund amount.
We do our utmost to ensure that the products we supply to you are of high quality, in good working order, and free of defects. A defect is a material flaw in the manufacturing of a product or any attribute of a product that renders the product less acceptable than one would reasonably expect in the given circumstances.
The following will not be considered defects and will not entitle you to a return:
Clothing and footwear can be exchanged for a different size as long as the variation is available and priced the same as the original purchase. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you subject to a collection fee determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion (“Collection Fee”). Our Collection Fee is subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. If such variation is not immediately available, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of you logging the return. Shipping Fee: This fee is non-refundable for "changed-mind" returns.
Collection Fee: This cost is usually the same as the shipping fee and will be quoted before the item is collected. Sometimes the collection charge varies depending on the location of the collection address or the nature of the item. The collection fee will be deducted automatically from your refund.
Discounted items have limited stock and these offers are available for a limited time only. Once these offers sell out or expire, the items will revert to their discounted price.
Discounted prices are only secured through payment and not by adding them to your cart. We’re only able to honour deal and discount prices for the amount of stock that was made available for these offers.
